WHO WE ARE

Our

SOCIAL

CHANGE

People of color are more likely to seek assistance from informal sources such as neighbors, family, the clergy, and native healers than non-people of color are (Helms & Cook, 1999; Sue & Sue, 1999; Utsey et al., 2000).

Our specific social change contribution is through positive youth development (PYD). Our mental health strategy is based on a "transformative mental health" framework and includes both holistic practices and meditative disciplines. Thanks to this, we can now tailor evidence-based approaches to the communities we serve. For service users from black, indigenous, or diverse backgrounds (BIPOC), holistic practices blend the finest elements of conventional mental health care with complementary and alternative modalities to provide preventive, all-encompassing care. Remedies for the mind-body connection are part of complementary and alternative assistance.

WE’RE HERE TO HELP YOU

Identify your goals & achieve them

Eman'on Fearless With a doctorate in mental health, Wanderer is particularly passionate about the mental wellbeing of men. His research focuses on the ideas of manliness held by young adults who were born and raised in Pacific Islands. He is also interested in creating forums that will enable fruitful communication between the state, the community, the culture, and the church. To respond to the question, "What can the older generations do to support the younger generations without feeling they are compromising the fundamental principles, outlooks, and ideologies that have shaped them into who they are?" is also one of his many goals in life. Along with fully supporting the "Special Abilities" community, we offer retreats and holistic engagements to help improve their mental wellbeing.
